==South Korea== South Korean opposition lawmakers started a filibuster on February 23, 2016, to stall the Anti-Terrorism bill, which they claimed would give too much power to the [[National Intelligence Service (South Korea)|National Intelligence Service]] and result in invasions of citizens' privacy.
