St. Saviour's Church was a location filming site of Alfred Hitchcock's ''[[The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956 film)|The Man Who Knew Too Much]]'' in 1955, identified in the film as Ambrose Chapel. The 1868 parish church of St Jude, located on Dulwich Road, was designed by the architect [[John Kirk (architect)|John Kirk]] of [[Woolwich]]. It closed in 1975, and the parish merged with St Matthew's.
