==Education== [[File:Whitman college admin building.jpg|thumb|upright|Whitman College Administration Building in fall 2010]] [[Walla Walla Public Schools]] operates seven elementary schools (one is in [[Dixie, Washington|Dixie]], six of them are K-5 with one of these being PreK-5), two middle schools, one traditional high school (colloquially [[Walla Walla High School|Wa-Hi]]), and two alternative high schools (Lincoln and Opportunity).
