Reston sits astride the Dulles Toll Road, {{convert|9|mi|km}} from [[Tysons]] and the [[Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway)|Capital Beltway]] to the east, and {{convert|5|mi|km}} from [[Washington Dulles International Airport]] to the west. The [[Washington Metro|Metro]]'s [[Silver Line (Washington Metro)|Silver Line]], which runs along the Dulles Toll Road, opened its first Reston station, [[Wiehle–Reston East station|Wiehle-Reston East]], on July 26, 2014.
