Monrovia's main roads include [[Foothill Boulevard (Southern California)|Foothill Boulevard]] and Huntington Drive (historic [[U.S. Route 66|Route 66]]). It is also served by the [[Interstate 210 and State Route 210 (California)|Foothill Freeway]] (I-210).

In 2016, [[Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority|Metro]] opened a new at-grade light rail station in Monrovia, [[Monrovia station]], at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Duarte Road.
