[[Libertarianism|Libertarian]]-leaning [[U.S. Representative]] [[Ron Paul]] (R-[[Texas]]) finished a distant fourth with 4.07 percent. ;Democratic Then-[[U.S. Senator]] [[Hillary Clinton]] (D-[[New York (state)|New York]]) carried Franklin County with 55.83 percent of the vote.
