===Prohibition of tobacco=== A few countries have outlawed tobacco completely or made plans to do so. In 2004, [[Bhutan]] became the first country in the world to completely outlaw the cultivation, harvesting, production, and sale of tobacco and tobacco products. Enforcement of the prohibition increased with the passage of the [[Tobacco Control Act of Bhutan 2010]].
