During World War II in Poland, the [[Home Army]] of the Polish resistance movement built an improvised [[Armored car (military)|armoured car]] – [[Kubuś]] which was based on the chassis of a civilian [[Chevrolet 157]] truck, license-built in pre-war Poland by the [[Lilpop, Rau i Loewenstein]] company.
