In 1917 the Poughkeepsie Council was formed, changing its name to the Dutchess County Council (#374).{{listref|a}}

In 1926 the [[Sullivan County Council]] (#761) was formed, merging with the [[Orange County Council]] (#392) in 1930 to form the [[Orange-Sullivan Council]] (#392). In 1958, the council changed its name to the [[Hudson-Delaware Council]] (#392).{{listref|a}}
