=== Malaysia === Article 66(3) of the [[Constitution of Malaysia|Federal Constitution of Malaysia]] provides that after a bill was passed by both Houses of [[Parliament of Malaysia|Parliament]], it shall be presented to the [[King of Malaysia|Yang di-Pertuan Agong]] (King of Malaysia) for his assent before being gazetted in order to become law.
