[[Eric Clapton]] is a regular performer at the Hall. It was also the venue for his band [[Cream (band)|Cream]]'s [[Cream's Farewell Concert|farewell concerts]] in 1968 and reunion shows in 2005. He also instigated the [[Concert for George]], which was held at the Hall on 29 November 2002 to pay tribute to one of Clapton's lifelong friends, former [[The Beatles|Beatle]] [[George Harrison]], as well as the ''[[Jeff Beck]] Tribute'' concerts held in May 2023. Clapton passed 200 shows at the Hall in 2015, and his next concerts are scheduled for May 2025.<ref name="Royal Albert Hall"/>
