====Charter schools==== [[File:Chester Charter Scholars Academy.jpg|thumb|[[Chester Charter Scholars Academy]]]] [[Chester Charter Scholars Academy]] began in 2008 as a small public-private partnership between The Chester Fund for Education and the Arts and the Chester-Upland school district.
