Intergalactic travel involves spaceflight between galaxies, and is considered much more technologically demanding than even interstellar travel and, by current engineering terms, is considered [[science fiction]]. However, theoretically speaking, there is nothing to conclusively indicate that intergalactic travel is impossible.
