Another 150 hours are required for Level 2 and so on till Level 10. This is the only international certification for dance since the&nbsp;International Dance Council CID<ref name="cid-portal.org" />&nbsp;is the official body for all forms of dance; it is usually given in addition to local or national certificates, that is why it is colloquially called "the dancer's passport". Students cannot apply for this certification directly – they have to ask their school to apply on their behalf. This certification is awarded free of charge, there is no cost other than membership fees.
