The most common paper sizes used for commercial and industrial printing in Colombia<!-- other South-American countries as well? --> are based upon a size referred to as ''pliego'' that is ISO B1 (707&nbsp;mm × 1000&nbsp;mm) cut to full decimetres. Smaller sizes are derived by halving, and are indicated by a [[vulgar fraction]] prefix, such as ''{{frac|2}} pliego'' and ''{{frac|4}} pliego''.
