The [[Appellate court|Court of Appeal]] of New Brunswick is the highest provincial court. It hears appeals from:
* The [[Court of King's Bench of New Brunswick]]: has jurisdiction over family law and major criminal and civil cases and is divided accordingly into two divisions: Family and Trial. * The [[Probate Court]] of New Brunswick: has jurisdiction over estates of deceased persons.
