==Judicial branch==
The judiciary is composed of the [[Supreme Court of Nepal|Supreme Court (सर्बोच्च अदालत)]], Appellate courts, and various District courts. Nepal's judiciary is legally separate from the executive and legislative and has increasingly shown the will to be independent of political influence. The judiciary has the right of judicial review under the constitution.{{citation needed|date=June 2021}}
