===Swimming=== Lake Nisser is the lake with the most sandy beaches of any lake in Norway.<ref name="OTNisser" />{{rp|145}} Sandy beaches are found by several lakes, including Sandnesodden at [[Nisser]], which is the longest sandy beach in Nissedal. A campground is located on this beach. The area is used for picnicking, swimming, and there are areas to slide down the riverbed as well as mountain ledges suited for jumping. After the river here was dammed for the production of power, the potholes were revealed and have since been a popular bathing destination.<ref name="TR" />{{rp|12}}
