[[Interstate 195 (New Jersey)|Interstate 195]] is a major artery that travels through the northern section of Jackson (Jackson is the only municipality in [[Ocean County, New Jersey|Ocean County]] that hosts any interstate). While the expressway travels into [[Howell Township, New Jersey|Howell Township]] and [[Millstone Township, New Jersey|Millstone Township]], it is also a vital link for [[Six Flags Great Adventure|Six Flags]] since it provides direct connections to the [[Garden State Parkway]], [[New Jersey Turnpike]] ([[Interstate 95 in New Jersey|Interstate 95]]) and [[Interstate 295 (Delaware-Pennsylvania)|Interstate 295]].

[[County Route 526 (New Jersey)|County Route 526]], [[County Route 527 (New Jersey)|County Route 527]], [[County Route 528 (New Jersey)|County Route 528]], [[County Route 537 (New Jersey)|County Route 537]], [[County Route 547 (New Jersey)|County Route 547]], and [[County Route 571 (New Jersey)|County Route 571]] pass through the township. [[County Route 539 (New Jersey)|County Route 539]] also passes through the township, but in the southwest corner, for less than half a mile.
