On 19 July 1948, Cadbury was incorporated in India. It now has manufacturing facilities in [[Thane]], Induri ([[Pune]]) and [[Malanpur]] ([[Bhind]]), [[Hyderabad]], [[Bangalore]] and Baddi ([[Himachal Pradesh]]) and sales offices in [[New Delhi]], [[Mumbai]], [[Kolkata]] and [[Chennai]].
