===2010 census===
The [[2010 United States census]] counted 6,535 people, 1,976 households, and 1,769 families in the CDP. The [[population density]] was {{convert|2736.3|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|people&nbsp;|people|}}. There were 2,014 housing units at an average density of {{convert|843.3|/mi2|/km2|disp=preunit|units&nbsp;|units|}}. The racial makeup was 93.66% (6,121) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 1.78% (116) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.06% (4) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 3.00% (196) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.02% (1) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.55% (36) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 0.93% (61) from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. census)|Hispanic or Latino]] of any race were 5.39% (352) of the population.<ref name=Census2010/>

Of the 1,976 households, 47.4% had children under the age of 18; 78.4% were married couples living together; 8.1% had a female householder with no husband present and 10.5% were non-families. Of all households, 9.1% were made up of individuals and 3.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.24 and the average family size was 3.46.<ref name=Census2010/>

27.6% of the population were under the age of 18, 7.9% from 18 to 24, 22.3% from 25 to 44, 31.7% from 45 to 64, and 10.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40.2 years. For every 100 females, the population had 95.6 males. For every 100 females ages 18 and older there were 93.9 males.<ref name=Census2010/>

There were 1,967 housing units at an average density of {{convert|316.4|/km2|/mi2|disp=preunit|units|units|abbr=on}}. The [[Race and ethnicity in the United States Census#2010 census|racial makeup]] of the CDP was 93.79% White, 2.22% African American, 0.04% Native American, 2.53% Asian, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.33% from other races, and 1.04% from two or more races. The average household size was 3.40 and the average family size was 3.56.<ref name=Census2000/>

The age distribution was 31.3% under the age of 18, 6.2% from 18 to 24, 29.1% from 25 to 44, 25.5% from 45 to 64, and 7.8% 65 or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females, there were 95.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.9 males.<ref name=Census2000/>

The median household income was $89,351 and the median family income was $95,430. Males had a median income of $70,789 versus $42,295 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $31,132. About 2.0% of families and 2.7% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including 3.9% of those under age 18 and 8.2% of those age 65 or over.<ref name=Census2000/>
