State Routes [[Georgia State Route 15|15]] and [[Georgia State Route 57|57]] also pass through the center of Wrightsville. SR-15 leads north {{convert|19|mi}} to [[Sandersville, Georgia|Sandersville]] and southeast {{convert|17|mi}} to [[Adrian, Georgia|Adrian]], while SR-57 leads west {{convert|37|mi}} to [[Irwinton, Georgia|Irwinton]] and southeast {{convert|25|mi}} to [[Swainsboro, Georgia|Swainsboro]].
