Waller's terrain consists mostly of hills. The land is roughly split between forest and farmland. Green Creek, a tributary of [[Fishing Creek (North Branch Susquehanna River)|Fishing Creek]], rises in Waller. The CDP is not served directly by any major roads.<ref>maps.google.com</ref>
