Laos has two railway lines: the [[standard gauge]] [[Boten–Vientiane railway]] spanning northern and central Laos, and a  [[metre gauge]] [[Northeastern Line (Thailand)|spur line]] connecting [[Khamsavath railway station|Khamsavath]] with the Thai railway network.
