==Geography== Towner County lies on the north line of North Dakota, and thus on the north line of the continental United States. Its north boundary line abuts the south boundary line of [[Canada]]. Its terrain consists of rolling hills dotted with lakes and ponds. The area is devoted to agriculture.<ref name=TCND>[https://www.google.com/maps/place/Towner+County,+ND/@48.7200142,-99.2676697,12z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x52dcb82533c5cc9d:0x77cfb3df5817b9cd!8m2!3d48.7485974!4d-99.2761104 ''Towner County ND'' Google Maps (accessed February 21, 2019)]</ref> The [[Laurentian Divide]] runs across Towner County -
