The main campus sits just north of the downtown area. The DeLand campus is home to the university's College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business Administration, School of Music, and most graduate programs. The {{convert|175|acre|km2|adj=on}} campus in DeLand is nationally designated by the [[National Register of Historic Places]] as the [[Stetson University Campus Historic District]]. === DeLand Hall === {{Main article|DeLand Hall}} DeLand Hall opened in 1884. The original cost of the building was $4,000. DeLand Hall was known as the first academic building on campus. It is a 100-year-old performance hall that seats 700. William Sharp, an art professor, designed all the stained glass windows in the chapel. The organ is a 1961 [[Rudolf von Beckerath|Beckerath]] Organ.
