==Geography== Sioux City borders two states, [[South Dakota]] to the west-northwest and [[Nebraska]] to the west. Precipitation is greatest in May and June and averages {{cvt|29.27|in|mm}} annually, but has ranged from {{cvt|14.33|in|mm}} in 1976 to {{cvt|41.10|in|mm}} in 1903.
