The population density was {{convert|668.6|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 218 housing units at an average density of {{convert|571.6|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the city was 72.5% [[Race (United States Census)|White]], 1.2% [[Race (United States Census)|Black]] or [[Race (United States Census)|African American]], 13.7% [[Race (United States Census)|Native American]], 1.2% [[Race (United States Census)|Asian]], 0.0% [[Race (United States Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.0% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 11.4% from two or more races. 3.9% of the population were [[Race (United States Census)|Hispanic]] or [[Race (United States Census)|Latino]] of any race. There were 121 households, out of which 19.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.6% were married couples living together, 6.6% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 45.5% were non-families. 35.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.11 and the average family size was 2.67. In the city, the age distribution of the population shows 20.0% under the age of 18, 3.6% from 18 to 24, 21.2% from 25 to 44, 37.2% from 45 to 64, and 18.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 48.2 years. For every 100 females, there were 104 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 114.7 males. The median income for a household in the city was $50,313, and the median income for a family was $68,750. Males had a median income of $61,875 versus $21,667 for females. About 1.7% of families and 8.7% of the population were below the [[poverty line]], including 2.2% of those under the age of eighteen and 1.9% of those 65 or over.
