[[East Riddlesden Hall]] is in the care of the [[National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty|National Trust]].  It was built in 1642 by a wealthy [[Halifax, West Yorkshire|Halifax]] clothier, James Murgatroyd.
