The Governor invites the leader of largest party in Parliament to form a government as Premier. The [[Premier of Bermuda|premier]] is head of government and leader of the majority party in the elected House of Assembly. The [[Cabinet (government)|Cabinet]] is composed of 14 members selected by the premier from among members of the [[bicameral parliament]] consisting of the nominated [[Senate of Bermuda|Senate]] and the [[House of Assembly of Bermuda|House of Assembly]].
