===2010 census===
The [[2010 United States census]] counted 2,020 people, 691 households, and 549 families in the CDP. The [[population density]] was {{convert|2283.6|/sqmi}}. There were 732 housing units at an average density of {{convert|827.5|/sqmi}}. The racial makeup was 89.55% (1,809) [[White (U.S. census)|White]], 6.09% (123) [[Black (U.S. census)|Black or African American]], 0.10% (2) [[Native American (U.S. census)|Native American]], 2.23% (45) [[Asian (U.S. census)|Asian]], 0.00% (0) [[Pacific Islander (U.S. census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.74% (15) from [[Race and ethnicity in the United States census#Race|other races]], and 1.29% (26) from two or more races. [[Hispanic (U.S. census)|Hispanic or Latino]] of any race were 4.95% (100) of the population.<ref name=Census2010/>

Of the 691 households, 38.5% had children under the age of 18; 63.5% were married couples living together; 11.6% had a female householder with no husband present and 20.5% were non-families. Of all households, 16.6% were made up of individuals and 4.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.92 and the average family size was 3.30.<ref name=Census2010/>

27.1% of the population were under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 23.1% from 25 to 44, 33.7% from 45 to 64, and 9.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40.7 years. For every 100 females, the population had 90.6 males. For every 100 females ages 18 and older there were 90.2 males.<ref name=Census2010/>

As of the [[2000 United States census]],<ref name="GR2" /> there were 1,962 people, 623 households, and 497 families living in the CDP. The population density was {{convert|2,178.8|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. There were 647 housing units at an average density of {{convert|718.5|/sqmi|/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of the CDP was 84.20% [[White (U.S. Census)|White]], 12.03% [[African American (U.S. Census)|African American]], 0.25% [[Native American (U.S. Census)|Native American]], 1.38% [[Asian (U.S. Census)|Asian]], 0.05% [[Pacific Islander (U.S. Census)|Pacific Islander]], 0.56% from [[Race (United States Census)|other races]], and 1.53% from two or more races. There were 623 households, out of which 39.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.4% were [[Marriage|married couples]] living together, 12.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 20.1% were non-families. 14.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.93 and the average family size was 3.26.<ref name=Census2000/>

The population was spread out, with 26.2% under the age of 18, 4.9% from 18 to 24, 29.2% from 25 to 44, 25.2% from 45 to 64, and 14.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.6 males.<ref name=Census2000/>

The median income for a household in the CDP was $81,456, and the median income for a family was $86,865. Males had a median income of $56,786 versus $40,833 for females. The [[per capita income]] for the CDP was $27,673. None of the families and 1.6% of the population were living below the [[poverty line]], including no under eighteens and 8.5% of those over 64.<ref name=Census2000/>
