==Signs and symptoms== The principal manifestation of lactose intolerance is an adverse reaction to products containing lactose (primarily milk), including abdominal [[bloating]] and [[cramps]], [[flatulence]], [[diarrhea]], [[nausea]], [[borborygmi]], and [[vomiting]] (particularly in [[adolescents]]).
