==In The Hadiths== Directly referenced is [[Sahih Al-Bukhari]], Vol. 1, [[Hadith]] No. 49,<ref>{{cite book|title=The Noble Qur'an In The English Language Summarized In One Volume|year=1996|chapter=Surah 2.172 Al-Baqarah|page= 42}}</ref> stating: Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir: I heard Allah's Messenger (pbuh) saying, "Both legal and illegal things are evident but in between them are doubtful (unclear) things, and most of the people have no knowledge about them. So whoever saves himself from these unclear things, he saves his religion and his honor. And whoever indulges in these unclear things is like a shepherd who grazes (his animals) near the Hima (the private pasture) of someone else, and at any moment he is liable to get in it. (O people!) Beware! Every king has a Hima and the Hima of Allah (SwtA) on earth is His illegal things (ie, His forbidden things). Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body if it becomes good (ie, reformed), the whole body becomes good, but if it gets spoiled, the whole body gets spoiled and that is the heart."
