Hamilton is bordered by [[Ipswich, Massachusetts|Ipswich]] to the north, [[Essex, Massachusetts|Essex]] to the east, [[Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts|Manchester-by-the-Sea]] to the southeast, [[Wenham, Massachusetts|Wenham]] to the south, and [[Topsfield, Massachusetts|Topsfield]] to the west.
