The average household size was 4.44, and the average family size was 4.58.{{cn|date=July 2024}} Cedar Hills has many children, with 49.0% of the population under 18, 7.2% from 18 to 24, 30.4% from 25 to 44, 10.4% from 45 to 64, and 3.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
