[[U.S. Route 19 in Pennsylvania|U.S. routes 19]] and [[U.S. Route 6 in Pennsylvania|6]] pass together through Cambridge Springs, leading north {{convert|7|mi|0}} to their split near [[Mill Village, Pennsylvania|Mill Village]] and south {{convert|12|mi}} to [[Meadville, Pennsylvania|Meadville]], the Crawford County seat. [[Erie, Pennsylvania|Erie]] is {{convert|25|mi}} north of Cambridge Springs via US 19. [[Pennsylvania Route 99]] leads northwest from Cambridge Springs {{convert|7|mi|0}} to [[Edinboro, Pennsylvania|Edinboro]], [[Pennsylvania Route 86|PA 86]] leads south {{convert|4|mi|0}} to [[Woodcock, Pennsylvania|Woodcock]], and [[Pennsylvania Route 408|PA 408]] leads southeast {{convert|27|mi}} to [[Titusville, Pennsylvania|Titusville]].
