According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the borough had a total area of 3.61 square miles (9.34&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>), including 3.59 square miles (9.31&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) of land and 0.01 square miles (0.04&nbsp;km<sup>2</sup>) of water (0.39%).<ref name=CensusArea/><ref name=GR1 />
