With funding from the [[Strategic Rail Authority]]'s Rail Partnership Funding, Anglia introduced a new experimental service from the [[Great Eastern Main Line]] via the [[North London Line]] to [[Basingstoke Railway Station|Basingstoke]] branded [[London Crosslink]].
