==Geography== According to the [[United States Census Bureau]], the town has a total area of {{convert|106.3|km2|order=flip}}, of which {{convert|104.0|km2|order=flip}} are land and {{convert|2.3|km2|order=flip}} are water, comprising 2.18% of the town.<ref name="CenPopGazetteer2021"/> The central and western parts of Andover are drained by the [[Blackwater River (Contoocook River tributary)|Blackwater River]], a tributary of the [[Contoocook River]], while the eastern part, including Highland Lake, drains via Sucker Brook toward the [[Pemigewasset River]] in [[Franklin, New Hampshire|Franklin]]. Bradley Lake is in the southern part of the town.
