==Geography==
Adairville is in southern Logan County, {{convert|1.5|mi}} north of the Kentucky–[[Tennessee]] state line. The city is concentrated around the intersection of [[U.S. Route 431]] (Main Street) and [[Kentucky Route 591]] (Gallatin Street). US 431 leads north {{convert|13|mi}} to [[Russellville, Kentucky|Russellville]], the Logan [[county seat]], and south {{convert|12|mi}} to [[Springfield, Tennessee]]. Larger cities in the region are [[Bowling Green, Kentucky]], {{convert|36|mi}} to the northeast; [[Clarksville, Tennessee]], the same distance to the southwest; and [[Nashville, Tennessee]], {{convert|38|mi}} to the south.
