In 2010 there were 8,810 people (3,270.2 per square mile), 2,745 households, and 2,246 families residing in the CDP according to the 2010 United States Census.<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://www.census.gov|title=U.S. Census website|publisher=United States Census Bureau|website=[[United States Census Bureau]]|language=en|access-date=2019-01-06}}</ref> There were 2,826 housing units with 97.1% of them occupied.  The racial makeup of the CDP was 22.0% [[White Americans|White]], 0.7% [[Black people|Black]] or [[African Americans|African American]], 0.1% [[Native Americans in the United States|American Indian and Alaska Native]], 31.1% [[Asian people|Asian]], 9.6% [[Race and ethnicity in the United States Census|Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander]], 0.4% from [[Other races (U.S. Census)|other races]], and 36.2% from two or more races.  [[Hispanic]] or [[Hispanic and Latino Americans|Latino]] of any race were 9.4% of the population.

There were 2,745 households, out of which 40.4% had children under the age of 18 living in them, 63.8% were Husband-wife families living together, 12.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.2% were non-families. 12.8% of all households were made up of single individuals and 3.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.  The average household size was 3.19 and the average family size was 3.44.

In the CDP, the median age was 39.2 years. 78.6% were 16 years and over, 76.1% were 18 years and over, 72.6% were 21 years and over, 15.8% were 62 years and over, and 11.7% were 65 years and over.
