There are six tourist and leisure oriented cable car systems in Israel. In addition to that, the Superland amusement park near [[Rishon LeZion]] has its own cable car and a public transport-oriented cable car is being developed in [[Haifa]]—the [[Cable cars in Haifa (disambiguation)|Haifa Cable Car]].
