In 2020, after [[Doja Cat]] faced accusations of participating in racist conversations on the internet, Nas referenced her in his song "[[Ultra Black (Nas song)|Ultra Black]]"; in the song, Nas describes himself as "unapologetically black, the opposite of Doja Cat".
