=== Tension-type headaches ===
[[Tension-type headache]]s can usually be managed with [[NSAIDs]] ([[ibuprofen]], [[naproxen]], [[aspirin]]), or [[acetaminophen]].<ref name=Goadsby /> [[Triptans]] are not helpful in tension-type headaches unless the person also has migraines.
