The [[President and Fellows of Yale College]], also known as the Yale Corporation, or board of trustees, is the governing body of the university and consists of thirteen standing committees with separate responsibilities outlined in the by-laws. The Yale Provost's Office and similar executive positions have launched several women into prominent university executive positions.
