Nashville Coal Co.]]'', 365 U.S. 320 (1961): Tampa Electric Co contracted to buy coal for 20 years to provide power in Florida, and Nashville Coal Co later attempted to end the contract on the basis that it was an exclusive supply agreement contrary to the Clayton Act §&nbsp;3 or the Sherman Act §§&nbsp;1 or 2. Held, no violation because foreclosed share of market was insignificant this did not affect competition sufficiently.
