The [[Costanera Center]], a mega project in Santiago's Financial District, includes a {{convert|280000|m2|sqft|adj=on|sp=us}} mall, a {{convert|300|m|ft|-1|adj=on|sp=us}} tower, two office towers of {{convert|170|m|ft|0|sp=us}} each, and a hotel {{convert|105|m|ft|0|sp=us}} tall. Close to Costanera Center another skyscraper is already in use, [[Titanium La Portada]], {{convert|190|m|ft|0|sp=us}} tall. Although these are the two biggest projects, there are many other office buildings under construction in Santiago, as well as hundreds of high rise residential buildings.
