Three Veltros survive today, one of which was restored to flying condition and participated in numerous aerial displays until the end of 1986.

One, ''MM.91818'' (bearing the registration MM 9327<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.aviaphotos.it/details.asp?IDENTIFICATIVO=1568 |title=Macchi C205 - MM.9327 |publisher=Aviaphotos.it |date=2007-01-14 |access-date=2016-10-19}}</ref>), is on display at the [[Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia "Leonardo da Vinci"|National Museum of Science and Technology]] in [[Milan]]. Another two are on display at the [[Italian Air Force Museum|Museo storico dell'Aeronautica Militare]] in [[Vigna di Valle]].
''MM.9546'' is displayed as a MC.205 and ''MM.92166'' is displayed as a MC.202.<ref name="ilvolo.it"/>
