100BASE-ZX is a non-standard but multi-vendor<ref name="FS-SFP-100ZX-55">{{cite web |title=FS-GLC-FE-100ZX 100BASE-ZX |url=https://www.fs.com/products/12679.html |website=FS.com |access-date=21 March 2020 |language=en}}</ref>{{Better source needed|date=February 2021}} term to refer to Fast Ethernet transmission using 1,550&nbsp;nm wavelength to achieve distances of at least 70&nbsp;km over single-mode fiber. Some vendors specify distances up to 160&nbsp;km over single-mode fiber, sometimes called 100BASE-EZX.
