The [[Imperial Centre for the Arts and Sciences]] hosts the Maria V. Since 2014 it has been in redevelopment by Capitol Broadcasting Company, which also owns the popular [[American Tobacco Company|American Tobacco]] campus in downtown [[Durham, North Carolina]].
